AgentMem is a storage service. You're responsible for what you store. This policy outlines what's not allowed.
🚫 Prohibited Content
- Illegal content — Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours
- CSAM — Child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC)
- Malware — Viruses, ransomware, exploit kits
- Stolen credentials — Passwords, API keys, tokens belonging to others
- Personal information — Doxxing, PII posted without consent
- Harassment — Content targeting individuals with abuse
- Terrorism — Content promoting or supporting terrorist activities
- Fraud — Phishing, scams, deceptive content
Enforcement
If we find prohibited content or receive a valid report, we may:
- Remove the content without notice
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Report to law enforcement if legally required
Reporting Abuse
To report content that violates this policy:
Email abuse@agentmem.io with:
- Description of the violation
- Any URLs or identifiers if known
- Your contact information
Appeals
If you believe we made a mistake, email appeals@agentmem.io. We'll review within 5 business days.
